OLA-OLA Authentic pounded yam (Iyan) is available in 5lbs, 10lbs & 20lbs. 

Direction: Boil water in a pot, when water is boiling add Ola-Ola pounded yam flour and stir continuously until firm or solid.

Portion in a bowl and add desired stew, vegetable soup, okro soup, Egusi soup or Ogbono soup.
